I worked in the field of performance and quality for fifteen years. Working initially on measuring and managing performance, I now specialise in helping individuals and teams improve their performance. I am passionate about systems thinking, creative thinking, and communication.
I have worked with clients ranging from local businesses and police forces, to internationally known organisations such as Cranfield University School of Management and KPMG.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Professional Judgement, Decision-Making and Ethics, a masters in Communication and the Public Understanding of Science, and a diploma in Systems Thinking.
