Noel has extensive experience of working in the public sector and has provided services to major clients such as Cranfield University School of Management and KPMG. He holds a degree in professional judgment and decision-making and a Masters in the Public Understanding of Science.
A long-held passion for self-development and creative thinking led Noel to being a founder member of the Ideas Centre in Suffolk. The ethos of this club is to facilitate a mutual desire of members to develop, be stimulated by, and exchange new ideas.
